ORDER PICKUP POLICY
We’re proud to offer our customers the option for free pickup from our warehouse location in Ottawa, Ontario. This page outlines how it works and what you need to know about our pickup policy. If you’ve any questions, please reach out to us.
HOW DOES THE PICKUP OPTION WORK?
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification email with instructions for when you arrive. Our facility’s pickup location and hours are:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION
Customer orders not picked up within 7 days of the pickup notification email’s send date will be automatically refunded and subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise authorized by Gentech.

Orders will only be released once all of the following conditions are met:

Orders must be picked up by the purchaser only. The customer named on the purchase receipt MUST be present at time of pickup.

Customer identification must be provided to confirm person picking up the order matches the person’s name who placed the order.

A copy of the driver’s license/identification card of the pickup person will be securely kept on file along with the purchase receipt.

Customer must sign and date the sales receipt to acknowledge reception/delivery of goods before they can leave our premises with the purchased goods.
