  • How will I know my order is ready for pickup?
    You will receive an initial Order Received email acknowledging receipt of your order, but wait until you receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up before heading over to your store. You will need the order number and photo ID to pick up the order. Please review our full Order Pickup Policy for detailed instructions.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. You can cancel your order if it's not yet picked up. Check the Order Status page for a link to cancel.
  • What if I need to return an item I ordered?
    Please refer to our full refund and return policy.
  • How soon will my order be ready for pick up after I've placed my order online?
    Order processing times are 1-2 business days. During checkout, you can select a pick-up date that is convenient for you — the day you place your order or up to 6 days later. After you have selected a date, please wait for a ready for pick-up email before visiting the store.   • How long do I have to pickup my order?
    You have 7 days from the date that the Pickup confirmation email is sent. After 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refunds issued for the order.
  • Where do I go to pickup my online order?
    Please make your way to our warehouse located at 5390 Canotek Road, Gloucester On K1J 1H8
  • What do I need to bring with me to pickup my order?
    For easy order pick-up, please bring the order confirmation, photo ID and the card used for the purchase with you to the store. The person picking up the order must be the same person who placed the order. A government issued ID must be presented and you must present the card used for the purchase.   • What if I need to return an item I ordered?

  • What is the cost for shipping?
    Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout by the supported third party carriers.
  • Does Gentech offer shipping to the US/worldwide?
    Gentech delivers within Canada only. Deliveries to rural/remote areas and the Territories might require additional shipping charges. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • How are online orders delivered?
    Gentech will process the order with the selected shipment carrier during checkout. All orders require a signature. Some geographic service restrictions apply. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the carrier's closest pick-up centre from the shipment destination.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. You can cancel your order if it has not shipped.. Check the Order Status page for a link to cancel. All shipped orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process. Please view our refund/return policy for full details.
  • Can I track my order once it has shipped?
    Yes. You will receive a shipment notification once shipped with a tracking number to track the shipment. You may log in to the customer portal to check your order status at any time.
  • When will my order ship?
    All orders are processed for shipment within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. All products that are listed in stock, will ship within this timeframe. For all backordered products, an email with an estimated delivery time will follow once the order is confirmed. Please note once order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Do I need to be home to accept delivery of my order?
    Yes. All orders shipped to you require a signature for delivery. An adult over 18 years of age must be present to inspect the condition of the package and to sign off on delivery.
